Daniel VEDOVATTO has been a lawyer at the Brussels Bar since 1978 and has extensive experience within a European institution as well as in the private sector.His practice focuses on civil disputes (family law, divorce, estates, lease,…) and commercial disputes (contract law, banking law, exclusive distribution agreements, corporate law,…).Daniel VEDOVATTO has polished his expertise in international law and has, chiefly with Italy, established professional relations as well as un extended correspondent network.He has authored numerous publications and regularly gives readings.Italy has granted him the title of the Order of Merit of the Republic.

Marc PERSOONS

Marc Persoons has been a lawyer at the Brussels Bar since 1985. He obtained his law degree at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and has an MBA – Cycle IACE – which he obtained at the Solvay Brussels School Economics and Management, ULB in 1999.His professional activities have primarily focused on the areas of corporate law, real estate law (leases, contracts for services,…) liability law (traffic,…) both as a lawyer and as an amicable dispute resolution specialist concerning civil and commercial disputes.

Caroline DEBLUTS

Caroline DEBLUTS obtained her degree at the UCL, after which she completed her law degree at Milan as an Erasmus student at the Università Statale di Milano.This experience abroad proved extremely enriching and permitted her not only to learn Italian, which she speaks fluently, but also to further develop her knowledge in various areas of Italian law.A lawyer since 6 october 2008, Caroline DEBLUTS has been working closely together with Daniel VEDOVATTO for over five years, with whom she has had the opportunity to work in a wide range of legal domains.As a regular of the courtroom, her preferred domains are family law, commercial law and tenacy law.

Starting out as a legal expert at the legal department of a subsidiary of a bank where he specialised in real estate leasing, Stanislas Eskénazi was quickly drawn to the Bar.He started his career in 2011 in a law firm specialising principally in tax law and cassation.Partner at FIVE LEGAL, he mainly practises, criminal law, tax law and commercial law, nationally and internationally (contracts, debt collection, corporate reorganization, judicial reorganization, financial law).
