Starting out as a legal expert at the legal department of a subsidiary of a bank where he specialised in real estate leasing, Stanislas Eskénazi was quickly drawn to the Bar.

He started his career as a lawyer in 2011 in a law firm specialising principally in tax law and cassation.

Founder of the law firm PERSPICERE, he mainly practises, tax law and commercial law, nationally and internationally (contracts, debt collection, corporate reorganization, judicial reorganization, financial law, law of companies in difficulties) and business criminal law.

He also holds a certificate in criminal cassation procedure.

He has developed an important network of correspondents abroad, which allows him to intervene in Europe and throughout the world.

After completing a one-year AFS Intercultural Programmes exchange in the United States, Laura Pinilla completed her Bachelor of Law degree in bilingual English/French at Saint Louis University. She then obtained her Master’s degree at the Université Libre de Bruxelles with an Erasmus stay at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Laura Pinilla continued her academic career by obtaining the complementary Master in Human Rights at the Saint-Louis University. A lawyer since July 2019, she practices mainly criminal law in collaboration with Stanislas Eskénazi.

She also holds a certificate in cassation procedure in criminal matters.

She works in French, English and Spanish.

He started his career within an unemployment benefit agency, where he specialised in this field.
